Giveaway Policy

NO PURCHASE, ACCOUNT, APPLICATION OR OBLIGATION NECESSARY TO ENTER TO WIN.

A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Entrants must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law or restrictions. All federal, state, and local rules and regulations apply.

Bank employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter or win. Immediate family members include spouses, parents, children, siblings, and household members.

ENTRY PERIOD: June 8, 2026 – July 8, 2026 at 11:59 PM CST. Winner will be contacted on or after July 9.

HOW TO ENTER: To enter the Traeger Grill Giveaway, you must complete the form on our website or complete a handwritten entry form located at any of our locations. You may also mail in an entry form by writing your full name, email address, phone number, and mailing address on a 3” x 5” card and mailing it to: First Citizens Bank “Traeger Grill Giveaway”, 100 West Third Street, P.O. Drawer 271, Luverne, AL 36049. Entry must be received no later than July 8, 2026. The Sponsor will notify the winner to arrange picking up their prize. Grill will NOT be shipped to the winner. Retail Value $500.00.

PRIZE AND ODDS OF WINNING: The retail value of the Prize Package is $500.00. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries. All eligible entries have an equal chance of winning. No substitution, barter, transfer, or assignment of prize permitted. If a winner is unable to accept the prize, the Sponsor shall have no further obligation to the winner.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: By entering the Traeger Grill Giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and to the use by Sponsor and its designees of their names, cities and states of residence and images/likeness for advertising and promotion purposes for this and similar promotions, worldwide, and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media, now known or hereafter devised (including and without limitation, the Internet) without additional compensation, notification, or permission, except where prohibited by law.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction of or unauthorized access to entries or entry forms, or alteration of entries or entry forms. Sponsor is not responsible for any problems with or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or mailed entry to be received due to technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants’ or any other persons’ computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in Traeger Grill Giveaway.

The prize is awarded “AS IS” and without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Upon delivery and acceptance of the prize by the winner, Sponsor’s responsibility for the prize shall cease. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any damage to, loss of, defects in, malfunction of, or failure of the prize after delivery, nor for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or related to the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize. Winner assumes all risks associated with ownership and use of the prize.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GIVEAWAY IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
