Part-Time Marketing & Social Media Coordinator | Luverne Office
Responsible for coordinating the bank’s marketing and social media efforts by working closely with branch staff and the bank’s marketing agency to ensure timely, accurate, and engaging communications that support the bank’s goals and strengthen its community presence.
Essential Duties:
- Coordinate and maintain the bank’s marketing and social media content calendar by gathering information from all branch locations and departments.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the bank and its marketing agency by organizing content requests, providing needed information and approvals, and helping keep marketing projects on schedule.
- Gather photos, videos, announcements, and other content from branches, community events, and bank activities for use in marketing campaigns and social media.
- Coordinate marketing support for promotions, community events, and other bank initiatives across all locations.
- Review and assist with scheduling approved social media content in collaboration with the bank’s marketing agency.
- Coordinate customer email communications by working with the marketing agency to distribute announcements, promotions, and other important bank messages through the email marketing platform.
- Help ensure marketing materials and communications are accurate, consistent, and aligned with the bank’s brand standards.
- Monitor social media activity and route customer inquiries or comments to the appropriate department for follow-up.

Assistant Branch Manager
The Assistant Branch Manager supports the Branch Manager in overall operational management of the branch, including daily cash flow, cash handling, and security procedures.
Essential Duties:
The principal duties of the Assistant Branch Manager are:

In the absence of the Branch Manager, assumes responsibility for day-to-day activities and operations of the bank.

Supervise, train, and motivate team members.

Monitor branch transaction volumes and errors.

Address customer service issues promptly and professionally.

Reviews, understands, and follows bank policy and procedures, and serves as a role model to ensure compliance by all team members.

Ensures that branch grounds are properly attended to and are presentable to the public.
