E-Banking Assistant
The Electronic Banking Assistant provides exceptional customer service and operational support for the bank’s electronic banking services, including online banking, mobile banking, ACH, cash management, and other digital banking products.
Essential Duties:
The principal duties of the Electronic Banking Assistant are:
- Assist customers with online banking, mobile banking, ACH, and cash management services.
- Provide prompt, professional customer service by phone and in person.
- Research and resolve customer issues while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
- Monitor daily reports and perform operational tasks in accordance with Bank procedures.
- Process incoming and outgoing wires.
- Process payroll files for business customers.
- Process Federal Reserve adjustments.
- Perform fraud review of checks.
- Perform review of mobile deposits.
- Handle any issues that arise with ACHs, including disputes.
- Handle any issues related to checks, check adjustments, and positive pay.
- Handle any issues that arise with debits cards and debit card transactions (disputes, hot-carding, etc.)
- Process all file/account maintenance, including, but not limited to the following situations:
- Deceased accounts
- Garnishments and levies
- Court orders
- Reclamations
- Stop payments for checks and ACHs
- Unauthorized ACHs and AFTs
- Account watches
- Charged-off accounts
Requirements:
- Must have 5 years banking experience.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Team oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technology and procedures.
- General knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Assistant Branch Manager
The Assistant Branch Manager supports the Branch Manager in overall operational management of the branch, including daily cash flow, cash handling, and security procedures.
Essential Duties:
The principal duties of the Assistant Branch Manager are:

In the absence of the Branch Manager, assumes responsibility for day-to-day activities and operations of the bank.

Supervise, train, and motivate team members.

Monitor branch transaction volumes and errors.

Address customer service issues promptly and professionally.

Reviews, understands, and follows bank policy and procedures, and serves as a role model to ensure compliance by all team members.

Ensures that branch grounds are properly attended to and are presentable to the public.
